Cheif Editor Lampson Liu of China Commodity Data Group made a speech on independent refineries situation and answered related questions on China independent refineries asked by the international companies in Downstream Asia 2011 today. Lampson Liu said that traditional independent refineries is undergoing great revolution, which mainly divided into three categories.
