PPG Producers busy with building stock

PPG producers are busy with building inventories with little stock. Downstream buyers were still busy with purchasing activities. Stockpile activities were visibly longer than the last tear as a result of tightened supplies. PPG market is expected to lift thanks to the strong demand from downstream while adjustment of pricing is in a prudent manner due to worry of  pricing slippage.

There is no decrease of intention from downstream producers to build stock and PO producers announced smooth transaction. Market presented supply over demand and facilities were in frequent maintenance. 2 big producers in Nanjing and north east China announced shut down for maintenance. PO market still has slight growth potential thanks to limited supplies and favorable demand. All producers took a cautious stance as spring festival comes.
