ADVANTAGES OF OUR COMMODITY

lPermanent Protection: It provides permanent high level of thermal insulation as it comes from the fiber’s molecular structure. Nomex® fiber only start to carbonize and thicken at around 380°C, increasing the protective barrier between the heat resource and the skin to minimize burn injury. Nomex® fiber neither melts nor drips, even at extreme temperatures and it is self-extinguish when removed from the heat resource. A P140 carbon core antistatic fiber was engineered into Nomex®IIIA, as well as increasing the safety levels in the environment where flammable gases and dusts are present.

lLong Life: Nomex®IIIA are extremely hard wearing and resistant to tear, and can be expected to last at least three to five years.

lChemical Resistance: Nomex® exhibit good resistance to a broad range of chemicals and are highly resistance to most hydrocarbons and many other organic solvents. It enhances the durability of the garment, while also enabling use of the organic solvents to clean the garments and remove the flammable contaminants without affecting garment wear life.

lLighter Weight: The garments made of Nomex® are considerably lighter in weight than chemical treated products with a similar insulation capacity, which means more comfortable and make your employees more concentrated and more efficient.

lEasy Maintenance: Nomex®IIIA garments wash well and provide continuous wash and wear appearance. It is not unusual to find the garments which have been in service for many years and still look smart.
