Proper of tire rubber accelerator dtdm :
Physical properties :White needle crystal.The relative density of 1.32-1.37.Melting point 124-125c. Non-toxic,fishy.
Chemical Properties:Soluble in bezene,carbon terachloride,slightly soluble in acentone,insoluble in water.Other inorganic acid or an inorganic alkali decomposition.
Application of tire rubber accelerator dtdm :
1.It can be used as natural rubber and synthetic rubber vulcanizing agent and accelerator.
2.For efficient and semi-efficient vulcanization system vulcanizates obtained when heat resistance and good aging resistance.
3. be used for the manufacture of tires,butyl inner tube,tape and heat-resistant rubber products,
4. for stand-speed highway asphalt stabilizer.
