3.Working principle:
When sand washing machine works, a motor through a triangular belt, reducer, gear reducer drives the impeller to rotate slowly. Sand and gravel are thrown into the washing trough through the feeding tank and rolling by the impeller , grinding with each other to remove impurities covered on gravel surface, while destroying the water vapour layer coated grit, in order to facilitate the dehydration. At the same time, add water, forming a strong flow, timely to wash impurities and the foreign body of low specific weight away, and that are discharged from the underflow outlet of washing tank, completing cleaning function. Clean gravels are carried away by the leaves and finally poured from rotation of the impeller into the discharge chute, which completes sand cleaning process.
