♦Brown fused alumina is electrically fused in an arc furnace from a mixture of bauxite at high temperature. It has brown color, high hardness and great toughness.
♦It used for refractory aluminum oxide lining mixture, pouring materials castable, etc.
♦Brown Fused Alumina is an ideal aggregate for many high alumina refractory products; it is widely used as a raw material in refractory and hundreds of other applications.
♦The main particulars are well-heat-spread, well clean surface, good water affinity, strong adhesion, and good self-sharp and high grinding efficiency.
♦Brown fused alumina is the main chemical ingredient Al2O3, its content is between 94.5% and 97%, and the other containing a small amount of Fe, Si, and Ti. Its micro-hardness is HV 1800-2200. Its tenacity is higher than that SiC.
2. Applications:
♦Brown fused alumina is high temperature, corrosion resistance, high strength properties, it poured with steel sliding gate, smelting rare metals, special alloys, ceramics, iron-smelting furnace of the lining (walls and tubes); physical and chemical containers, spark plugs, heat-resistant anti-oxidation coating.
♦ Brown Corundum heat preservation material, such as lightweight corundum brick, corundum hollow ball and fiber products, widely used in a variety of high-temperature kiln furnace walls and roof, both high temperature-resistance and heat-preservation.
♦ Mainly used for abrasion and high temperature resistant, inoxidizable aggregate and filling of shaped and monolithic refractory in steel metallurgy, various industrial stoves, electric furnace etc.

0-1mm, 1-3mm, 3-5mm, 5-8mm, 8-12mm, 25-0mm, 10-0mm, 50-0mm, 30-0mm, 180#-0, 200#-0, 320#-0
Generally, we use 7 washing and 5 sieves for sieving the material.
4. Packing:
♦ PVC woven bag and paper bag: 25kg or 25kg bags to be put in 1MT bag
♦ Jumbo bag (1 MT bag): 90*90*90cm, for 1 Ton
