Fireproof material
Product De
High silica glass fiber cloth, with silica content of 96-98%, is a high temperature inorganic fiber product. Its softening point reaches up to 1500 degree. It can be long-termly used in the 900-1000 degree Celsius. It can withstand thousands of degrees instantaneous flow erosion. Therefore, it can be used for spacecraft thermal ablation materials, heat insulation fireproof materials, high temperature gas dust collection, liquid filtration, and molten metal filtration and purification. High silica fiber products also have excellent chemical stability, good dielectric performance, and can be used as multi functional materials for integrated with the characteristics of high temperature resistance and insulation.
Scope of Application:
High silica glass fiber cloth is mainly used in ultra-high temperature fire insulation.
·Fire prevention and insulation for aerospace, thermal ablation material, and nuclear anti-inflammatory cable
·Fire prevention and insulation for shipbuilders, metallurgy and foundry companies and machinery manufactures
·Insulation protection in Oil refining and chemical plants
Product Features:
·Does not contain any asbestos and ceramic fiber, completely harmless to health.
·Low thermal conductivity, particularly thermal effects, high-temperature resistant and thermal radiation.
·Good electrical insulation
·Corrosion resistance, inert to most chemicals.
·Flexibility, and can be processed with a variety of complex compounds
