First, product overview
Take polyolefin as the carrier resin, adopt non-toxic environmental self-made phosphorus flame retardant, with various flame retardants organically combined and synergistic effect, the product is produced by mixing, extruding and prilling on twin-screw extruder. This product has advantages like fine flow property, good dispersity, no dust, low volatile matter, easy processing, good impact toughness, steady conductivity, lastingness, small influence on physical and mechanical properties, non-toxic, etc.

Third, use Method
The product could be used for production when mixed evenly with raw material.
Before using, appropriate drying process shall be carried out according to the storing time and ambient humidity of the master batch. Suggested drying temperature should be 80°C with time of duration no less than 2 hours and be dried while the master batch is being used.
Fourth, after-sales service
Technician will be sent on site to offer technical guidance in the pilot production with clients on request.
Fifth, packaging
25 kilograms/ bag, paper and plastic compound packing with inner polyethylene bag.
