Manufacturing process
The inner-ridged square ceiling contains two parts: the square panel and the carries system. The panel is square, made of aluminum or aluminum alloy. After the installation, the carriers system is invisible for it is behind the panel system. So we call it inner-ridged square ceiling. It is a clamp type inner-ridged ceiling.
The panel surface is even, edges and lines distinct, welds fine, which makes the whole ceiling regular, graceful, elegant, deluxe, and open. The ceiling has many merits, such as noncombustible, anticorrosion, and damp-proof. As every gusset plate can be installed and dismantled individually, it is very convenient to install and maintain. When if it is necessary to change and clean the ceiling, the user can employ a magnetic suction cup or a special plate dismantler to take out gusset plates. Also you can add a sound absorptive cotton paper or black flame-retardant cotton cloth, which can achieve the sound absorption effect.
