I. PROPERTIES:
It is a random and saturated thermoplastic elastomer with minimal residual crystal. It has excellent
comprehensive physical properties such as very good flame-resistance, chemical-resistance, oil-resistance and waterproofing and also has good compatibility with PVC, CR etc.

III. USES:
This product is a kind of Chlorinated Polyethylene Elastomer, which has good oil-resistance, chemical-resistance and flame-resistance and can be used as modifier or permanent plasticizer of soft PVC.
CPE1403 + CR + additives: Make kinds of flame-resistance wire and cable, as well as automobile rubber products;
CPE1403 + NBR + additives: Make kinds of oil-resistance and heat-resistance rubber products;
CPE1403 + PVC + additives: Make several excellent weather-resistance soft PVC products and cable insulation.
IV. PACKING:
Packed in 25kg bags, 500kg bags, 650kg bags, 1300kg bags or according to customer
requirements.
V. STORAGE:
In dry, ventilated place.
