Features&Benefits:
Nitrile rubber or acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile.
1.Temperature range -30°C to +120°C.
2.Has excellent resistance to petroleum based fluids,oils,solvents and only average resistance to aromatic hydrocarbons.
3.Moderate mechanical properties.
·Good mechanical properties,especially tensile strength flexing compression set and impermeability
to gases.
·Moderate ageing properties and good adhesion to metal characteristics.
·Temperature range -30°C to +120°C.with the possibility of reaching -40°C.
·Good adhesion to meetal.
·Moderate resistance to cold.
·Resistance to Chemicals:good resistance to inorganic chemical products except antioxidant agents and chlorine and hassatisfactory resistance to general hydrocodons.Being a polar rubber means it is not recommended for use with polar liquids like ketones ethers and amines.Limited resistance to aromatic hydrocodons.
